Congratulations to 12th World Congress on Engineering Asset Management Best Paper Awards Winner

Mr. Norihiko OGURA, Manager of Engineering Division at CORE institute of Technology Corp-Tokyo Branch, and Specially Appointed Assistant Professor at Laboratory on Innovative Techniques for Infrastructures at Kyoto University, delivered a presentation entitled “Efficient evaluation of internal concrete damage of steel plate-bonded RC slabs” written by N. Ogura, H. Yatsumoto(Hanshin Expressway Company Limited), T. Nishida, T. Shiotani(Kyoto University), in The 12th World Congress on Engineering Asset Management & 13th VETOMAC, which was held in Brisbane, Australia from 2 – 4 August 2017. The highlight of the congress was the conference committee had awarded it Best Paper Prize to Mr. Ogura et al.



In particular, compliance with the ISO 55000 standard for asset management on facet of economy and engineering sections. It is recognized that this advanced research result is considered to be the most outstanding and the most conspicuous in this field.
